Dr. Farrokh is a board-certified Endodontist, a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He received his Bachelor of Science from York University in his hometown of Toronto. He earned his DDS degree at NYU College of Dentistry, where he discovered his passion for endodontics. Dr. Farrokh subsequently completed a General Practice Residency and Post-Graduate Specialty Program in Endodontics at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn.
During his training, Dr. Farrokh served on the Resident Expert Advisory Council with the Foundation for Endodontics, where he helped to determine how the specialty can serve and engage a new generation of Endodontists. He has also served on national and international dental volunteer missions trips.
Dr. Farrokh is the Director of Endodontics at Kings County Hospital, where he helps train dental residents. He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, and the Second District Dental Society.
In his spare time Dr Farrokh enjoys riding his bike and hiking upstate, playing soccer, traveling, eating out at restaurants with good company and playing the saxaphone.
